CMHA is a leading provider of an integrated health
and behavioral health care system for children, families and adults. Dedicated to improving the
quality of life for Connecticut’s residents, CMHA offers a continuum of
programs ranging from residential treatment to outpatient counseling and
prevention education. CMHA has 40 years' experience as one of the largest
behavioral health care providers in the state, and we change the lives of 6,500
children and adults each year.
Help us further the CMHA mission by joining us for the 2nd annual CMHA 5K Run for Recovery!
This 5K run will start and end at the CCSU Student Center. On this fast, fun course around Stanley Quarter Park there is one challenging hill - but what goes up comes back down!
This year we've added a special alternate walker route around Stanley Quarter pond, so walkers can choose the full 5K or this shorter 2 mile course. There will also be a 1/2 mile Kids Fun Run.
We'll also have fun kids activities, including face painting and a portrait artist.
